Praca w IT | Functional Analyst (Connectivity)

Czego od Ciebie oczekujemy?/ Requirements:

• at least 2 years experience in IT – you can be QA or Dev feeling a call to become an Analyst,
• overall understanding of IT software development, including release management,
• Confluence & JIRA usage experience,
• experience in project and product documentation preparation,
• experience in functional and system requirements analysis,
• experience in customer support – in issues investigation, improvements and change requests analysis,
• cross-knowledge of information technologies,
• fluent written and spoken English (min. B2.C1),
• strong analytical thinking skills,
• ability to solve complex B2B and B2C use cases processing,
• very good communication skills and high personal culture.

Additional qualifications

• UML modelling knowledge and experience,
• BPMN modelling knowledge and experience,
• Master’s degree (technical one would be an advantage).

Twoje zadania/ Responsibilities:

• cooperation with business domain & technical experts to gather clear requirements,
• requirements analysis and description,
• solution modeling in cooperation with IT Architects,
• solution description,
• support of development team during delivery process,
• contribution to product release documentation,
• complete product functional documentation package delivery,
• customers functional support – product expertise,
• knowledge sharing sessions (internal and external) conducting.
